Are backups provided for my files?

You are responsible for your backups and web content.

We do create our own weekly backups, and we can restore from those. However, this is NOT a procedure you should rely on to keep your content safe. Backups are made every Sunday; only the newest backups are kept. We make no guarantees about our weekly backups, and we do require a $25 fee to restore the backups. If you can provide your own backup file, then the fee is $0, free.  If you need to have your full site restored, please open a Support Ticket to request this.

In your cPanel you will also have the option of running your own full site backup, or you can backup just specific areas.

If you are using our eCart & SiteBuilder system, there is also the option within the store admin to backup your database.
